Liner making machine is equipped with Taida PLC device for accurate control.

Liner making machine, as its name implies, is specially designed for fabricating the liner layers of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) pipes. It has auto resin spraying device and Taida PLC numerical control device. Thus, resin can be sprayed in accurate quantity to prevent waste phenomenon. Meanwhile, the film, mat and grid fabric are winded automatically to the mandrel by a trolley moving horizontally along the mandrel.

Equipped with tension brackets, our liner making machine allows for smooth & precise lap joints without any artificial nonconformity and inaccuracy. Meanwhile, it adopts frequency conversion linkage control system between the mandrel and moving trolley, that is to say, the trolley can move in different speeds accompanied with the mandrel. In addition, the trolley moves smoothly by gear wheel and it has monitor platform to convenient control & operation.

Cantilever Beam Liner Making Machine

One cantilever beam liner making machine is in the warehouse and its beam is inside the tank mould.
Cantilever beam liner making machine could manufacture more beautiful liner than traditional rolled plate.

Cantilever Beam tank liner making machine is one structure, which is designed with cantilever beam style. It is matched with tank mold to make the liner of tank. The liner is more beautiful than made by the way of traditional rolled plate. This device improves work efficiency as well as decreasing labor strength and reducing production cost.

Double output beam liner making machine

There is one double output beam liner making machine in the warehouse and its two beams are inside two pipe moulds.
The double output beam liner making improves working efficiency by two beams making liner at the same time.

Double output beam tank liner making device upgrades to improve based on cantilever beam, which plays a maximum use efficiency to increase the liner diameter range, then decrease the occupied areas.
